EA Play features 58 games in total on Origin and only 43 on Steam. As a result, many who hoped to see certain games on the Steam version of the subscription service were dumbfounded when they realised it's not on the roster. The following lists include the games featured on Steam and the missing ones from the service on Gaben's shop, compared to Origin.

Free to play games are available to download for free and can be played without a subscription or a credit card. Your Steam wallet allows you to purchase items and content in-game to customize your gameplay.
When you’re ready to link your emulated games to Steam, click “Preview” in the pane on the left, then “Generate app list.” Like magic, all the games connected to your parsers will appear. Click “Save app list,” open Steam, and your games should be in your library ready to play. To play the game, you will have to download via Steam library, and install it to where you desire. If you do get a new computer, you just log into Steam, and your virtua gamel library will still be there, and you can install it again. You never have to buy a game twice if you have an account registered with Steam. You can buy DLC from the game page under the DLC banner or directly from the Steam store. Once purchased, it should appear in your Steam Library on the game page. I find it easier to purchase from the Library. You can purchase DLS from the Steam Library following these steps: Access your Steam game library and select the game you want to expand. Once a game is activated on a Steam account it can't be activated in another Steam account, it is locked to that Steam account. If you wish to install and play your games on a different computer then simply download Steam onto that computer, Login to your Steam account, then download the game.

Game On Steam Free
As you can see, the Origin version has more games but not necessarily all of the titles that are available on Steam. Several Need for Speed games are missing from Origin EA Play, for example. You can also check out the list of Steam games and the list of Origin titles on the official website although it's kind of hard to navigate them due to not being actual list but rather a randomly sorted collection of icons.
