Search engine results and a more recent Tweet reveal that Intel has given up on producing a Windows 10 GMA 3600 driver. Very disappointing. Really, really, really need HP TO HELP US NOW. Also irritating is that my mother's older series hp mini is happily running Windows 10 on GMA with the Microsoft WDDM drivers. Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 @1. The Intel GMA 3100 device is supported on version 1903 of Windows 10 Click the link below to download the driver Intel released for version 1903 of Windows 10 for the Intel GMA 3100 Download and install that driver to see if that stabilizes your system. Intel GMA X3100 Game Requirement Analysis The Intel Graphics Media Accelerator, or GMA, is Intel's current line of integrated graphics processors built into various motherboard chipsets. The GMA 900 was the first graphics core produced under Intel's Graphics Media Accelerator product name, and was incorporated in the Intel 910G, 915G, and 915Gx.

Windows 8.1 doesn’t include in-box, third-party GPU drivers for Intel GMA X3000/X3100/X3500. Instead, drivers are provided via Dynamic Update during the operating-system (OS) installation or upgrade process, or via Windows Update after the initial boot of the OS.

Upon clicking the Download link, you will see the latest Intel GMA X3000/X3100/X3500 driver in the Microsoft Update Catalog ready to download.

The GMA 3100 was an integrated graphics solution by Intel, launched in May 2007. Built on the 90 nm process, and based on the Bearlake graphics processor, in its Bearlake-G+ (G33) variant, the device supports DirectX 9.0c. Since GMA 3100 does not support DirectX 11 or DirectX 12, it might not be able to run all the latest games. It features 4 pixel shaders and 0 vertex shaders, 4 texture mapping units, and 4 ROPs. Due to the lack of unified shaders you will not be able to run recent games at all (which require unified shader/DX10+ support). The GPU is operating at a frequency of 400 MHz.
Its power draw is rated at 13 W maximum. GMA 3100 is connected to the rest of the system using a PCI-Express 1.0 x16 interface.
