I apologize for whatever incompetence; if there's any way that I may supply you with more information (and I'm sure there is; I'm just poorly skilled in these matters), please instruct me on how I may provide it for you. I am infinitely grateful for whatever assistance you may give me.

Alright so my qbittorrent stopped downloading, choosing very well seeded popular torrents but they just sit there at zero everything. Updated to the new 3.3.11, pretty sure it uninstalled last version reinstalled new version. Same thing, torrents pop up and just sit there saying downloading but never getting any seeds or downloading anything. As of July 2013, my torrent isn't working. It always says 'connecting to peers' or 'downloading 0.0' but it isn't downloading at all. I tried uninstalling reinstalling bit torrent, restarting pc, installed old version of bit torrent, tried it in different PC, configured the settings but still no progress at all.

When I click a magnet link (or a torrent I've downloaded), it enters Deluge and proceeds to sit there. Everything reads 0. I'm running Windows 7 64 bit, 6.1 Build 7601.
